- How do we book?
- Send us a message! You choose the location, date and time and we'll take it from there with all the questions!
- When is payment required?
- We require a $100 non-refundable deposit for picnics. Final balance is due 48 hours prior to event date.
- Is there a cancellation fee?
- No additional fee for cancelling, but we do require a non-refundable deposit. If you need to reschedule/cancel, we ask that you give us a 48 hour notice.
- Can I reschedule due to weather?
- Yes! Reach out and we can work out another date.
- Can we customize our picnic?
- Absolutely! Tell us your vision and we can work with you on making it happen! Everything including florals, desserts, food, decor, etc.!
- Where can picnics be set up?
- Luxury picnic sets up can be wherever you need them to be! We have a list of parks in the Northern VA area that are great, but it's up to you!
- We will ensure everything is sanitized and ready to go prior to your picnic!
